Denaya Dailey is a San Mateo-based yoga, dance, Pilates, and group fitness educator who has been teaching movement since 2006. An Associate Professor in Kinesiology, Athletics and Dance at College of San Mateo, Denaya leads Vinyasa Flow classes with anatomical mindfulness and a playful spirit, encouraging students to challenge their edge while listening closely to what their bodies need. She helped create both the Group Fitness and Yoga Teacher Training certificates at CSM and is known for classes that leave students feeling stress-free, body-aware, and invigorated while helping them find their own voice through movement.
